Cardio Equipment

Cardio is a key exercise to improve your overall health.  There is no better way to get some cardio in the snowy Idaho winters than to be a member at Savage Health.  Work at your own pace on one of our commercial grade treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bikes, spin bikes, or row machine. 

Boxing

Boxing workouts are full-body workouts.  Come use our boxing bag and variety of sizes of our boxing gloves from youth through adult. Boxing workouts combine upper-body and lower-body exercises to develop strength and agility. Punching power comes from your base, not your arms. Building strength in your glutes, lower back, calves, and quads can help you land a jab with more power and feel strong in all of your other daily activities.

Whole Body Vibration

Our Bulletproof Vibe is a whole body vibration platform that vibrates at a frequency of 30Hz. Benefits may include stronger muscles, increased bone mass, increased blood flow, increased flexibility, stimulated lymphatic system and a decrease in cortisol levels. Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a powerful healing alternative that works on many levels by applying different techniques and modalities to manipulate soft tissues of the body using varying degrees of pressure and movement. Massage therapy helps relieve muscle tension and chronic pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, promote relaxation, increase circulation of both blood and lymph system to support healing and improve immune function. Flexibility & Stretching

Our multi-purpose studio will be designed for body weight workouts and light neoprene dumbbell workouts either individually or in a group setting. We have yoga mats, blocks and blankets, neoprene dumbbells, and a large screen with work outs to assist you with your fitness goals. 

Bands

Bands are an important part of fitness, so we have TRX  suspension training (Total Resistance Exercises) and Crossover Symmetry  that are designed for all levels and ages as you grow in your fitness journey.  

Infrared Sauna

Our Infrared Sauna is made for meditation and relaxation. There are many benefits people claim to have experienced with infrared sauna use; improved mood and circulation, promote deep sleep and collagen production, sweat out the things your body wants to get rid of while decreasing inflammation.... come relax and see for yourself. 

Rolfing Structural Integration

Rolfing® structural integration is a form of bodywork that involves changing the structure, function, and energy of the body to bring the body into its natural state of alignment and flexibility. It uses deep muscular manipulation and guided movements to release patterns of emotional and physical strain within the fascia, or connective tissue, of the body. Strength Training

Strength training builds lean muscle mass, burns calories and fat and is a great stress reliever.  We are set up for a variety of workouts with kettlebells, medicine balls, bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, plyo boxes, pull up rigs, battle rope and more.

An InBody reading gives you the information you need to reach your fitness goals and understand what you want your workout to do for you.   Your body is made up of water, fat, and muscle.
